Deposits
A credit card is required to secure reservations with a 3-night guarantee, which will not be charged unless cancelled in the relevant penalty periods or a "no-show" occurs. Short-stays will incur a 2-night penalty fee charged to the credit card. Marigot Bay Hotel accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, traveller's checks, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
At Marigot Bay Hotel, for general bookings you may cancel your reservation up to 7 days in advance of arrival. For the Christmas/New Year period and for reservations made during Saint Lucia's popular Jazz festival, the cancellation period is 90 days
